Allie

Registered name: Queen Alousia Lemieux

Coat color: Black & white

Eye color: blue eyes

Birthdate: 06-19-98

Interesting facts: Allie was retired from breeding in 2005, however she remains here as a pet. After we bought her, my daughter just fell in love with her and she reminded her so much of Navajoa (which was Allie's mother) that she couldn't part with her. Allie has 13 champions on her 5 generation pedigree. (And this is just her mother's side!)

A bit about her: When we first saw Allie, she was dirty and thin. Her previous owner had just bought her and said that she was in this condition when she picked her up. Who would have thought that this shabby looking dog was in fact the great granddaughter of the American Canadian Champion Innisfree Fire & Frost? I had decided that I wanted her based on her pedigree even before we saw her. My daughter Laura was against it. Looking at the dog standing before us, she couldn't see anything of Navajoa in this girl and thought that I was making a bad decision. We brought her home and put her in a pen by herself, giving her double the food we normally feed a dog and lots of love & attention. One day, I was cleaning pens and this gorgeous black & white blue eyed female came running out the dog door and jumped up to play. Laura was with me and I asked "Who is this? She looks like Allie, but she's so pretty!" Laura answered "Mom, that is Allie." I was stunned. The dog I had bought was gone and in her place was the shiny coated, clean, good looking dog that I knew she could be. Allie had 2 litters for us. Illie is out of one of these litters, along with the father of Wildfire.

Allie has a lot of champions (She is Mystic's half sister). Her father was flown up from Texas just to be bred with Navajoa. Since Allie is retired, she has become some what of the "baby sitter". She seems to like the attention and has fun taking care of the puppies once they're weaned off of their mother.

After a battle with cancer, we lost Allie on October 6th, 2008.   She will be greatly missed by each and every one of us.

Taken in the summer of 06. As you can see from these pictures, she self stacks herself.

Allie & Party in the summer of 08.

See my pretty eyes?
