Hello, this is Brendan McMorrow. About a year ago I adopted the last pup
from your Mirage and Sparky litter. I just wanted to drop you a line
with a few pictures and say thanks. Kaela has grown into a beautiful
little husky and is all I could have hoped for and more from a dog. You
were certainly right when you told me she was going to be a small little
girl. At just over 13 months she is barely over 30 pounds but as cute as
can be. Everyone who meets her cant help but stop and compliment me on
such a beautiful dog. Her markings have changed quite a bit over this
past year and I am constantly asked if she is part wolf! Her temperament
and disposition are as sweet and playful as can be and she is just a joy
to have around.
Hope all is well,
Brendan McMorrow

Hi Lorri,
A couple years ago, I found your listing on Breeders.net and confirmed
that you are the same breeder we purchased our little (no so much
anymore) boy from. We call him Maverick. I had promised that I would
send you pictures of him and I had forgotten… sorry!
So as promised, attached are current pictures of Maverick. The pictures
also include Charlie (female husky who we purchased for him so he has a
companion) and Minnie (female JR terrier who we found at a nearby
McDonalds). We kept Minnie because we couldn’t find her owners. Through
the pictures I hope you can see how much he’s grown into a nice, healthy
big boy. We love him to death!
We just celebrated his 6th birthday (Dec 8th). We threw him a little
family party and gave him a piece of carrot cake (no icing, of course).
My husband (Noogie) and I just wanted to thank you again for our big boy
and hope you enjoy the pictures. I will try to send you more pictures
(if I can remember).
We wish you and your family a joyous and peaceful holiday!
Best regards,
Lea Agung

Hi Lorri,
This is Wrangler's first snow. He absolutely is loving this weather. We
received just over 23 inches of snow with this last storm. I had his
picture taken with Santa yesterday at the local Petsmart. Everyone I
meet just compliments on how beautiful a dog he is. Just wanted to share
this picture. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family.

Hi Lorri,
I just wanted to give you an update on Wrangler. As you can see he has
made himself right at home (I hope the picture comes through). He had
his first doctor visit on Saturday and passed with flying colors. He has
been really good. He goes to the back door when he has to go out and is
doing good with the house breaking. He still has the occasional accident
in the house but I must say all in all he really learns quickly. I have
also taught him how to sit. He is learning how to walk on leash and
doing well with that also. Cheyenne tries to mother him but my cat
Glacier is another story. Hopefully she will come around. Hope all is
well and I will keep you updated on Wrangler's progress. I may be back
in the spring for a little brother or sister for him.

Hi,
Attached are some pictures of the husky we got from you back in January
2005. His name is Dakota. He will be five years old on 11/04/2009. We
love him so very much. He is very smart, and very talkative for a husky.
He is a very spoiled dog. We thought you would like to see some pictures
of him
Thank you,

Hi Lori, I hope this email find you well!
I wanted to email you to let you know how Koda is doing. He’s from
Cutie and Torque’s May 1st litter and is up to 28 lbs. He is
incredibly smart and is such a fast learner I’m going to have to get
one of the ‘101 dog tricks’ books to keep him going mentally. He
learned his name and “No”, and not to gnaw on my hands within a
week. From there he learns a new command or trick in under 10
minutes. It probably helps that I use liver treats in training ($20
for a 2 month supply and they are amazing…), but a lot still has to
do with him. He’s definitely stubborn sometimes and very vocal when
he doesn’t get his way. But he’s still the best dog in the world!
When I brought him home, he was very uncertain of me, and of the other
guy in the house. But he warmed right up to my girlfriend and to the
other female there at the time. After a day or so he was ok with me
and now even howls for a few minutes when I leave, even if he’s with
my girlfriend. I knew he was ok with me during the first weekend,
when we were able to get him to slowly go down the stairs with the
encouragement of lots of treats, yelping and crying the whole way
down. When we’re out on walks, he tends to want to sniff other men
from a safe distance whereas he’ll go right up to any children or
women. I’m not sure if this is specific to him or not, but it
doesn’t cause any problems at the moment. He’s been out on walks
every day since I got him, so he’s met tons of people, dogs, cats,
and squirrels (as they run away…).
At the dog park he loves to run and tug and wrestle with bigger dogs.
He’s finally learned what “no” means from other dogs, so he
doesn’t cause too much trouble any more. He also loves the pool and
will lay down and roll in it, then get up to run across the park and
back. One curious thing he does is at the water bowls he’ll go up to
the bowl another dog is drinking out of and ‘dig’ in it, then bite
the water that splashes up, and sometimes he’ll pee in it…while the
dog is still drinking. He doesn’t do this at home, so it’s been
very difficult to break him of this. If you have any tips that’d be
much appreciated. The other funny thing he likes to do is run and
jump with my girlfriend’s horse, Miles. Miles and Koda met when Koda
was 9 weeks old, and Miles is ok having a smaller animal around.
There’s a funny picture of Miles trotting with Koda sprinting next to
him. Koda will even go over jumps with Miles sometimes, though I try
to avoid putting him in jumping situations until he gets older
I have a whole album of pictures I’d like to put on a CD and share
with you. I’m also getting some videos of Koda with other dogs at
the dog park. May I get your address so I can mail the CD to you?
Also, if you’d like to facebook me you can see some of the pictures
I’ve put up already. I tend to put some up every few weeks or so.
Thanks so much for such a wonderful dog!

Hi Lorri!
How are you? I was scanning through old emails, and came across some of
these ones we sent each other about Oksana (remember her?) Anyway, I
thought it would be a great time to send along some pictures and updates
of her.
She's doing great - she turned 3 on July 11 and is showing signs of
adulthood :) She's perfectly healthy, she weighs about 38 pounds and
gets a lot of exercise, has lots of friends, and plays a lot in my
backyard. It'll be winter here soon (Cleveland, OH) and it is IMPOSSIBLE
to get her to come in when there is snow on the ground. She has been a
fabulous dog (she does have a "princess" attitude) and has been
everything (and maybe more) I ever wanted in dog. She spends 2 days a
week at my parents house with their 8 year old Shiloh Shepherd (Alaskan
Malamute and German Shepherd mix) and those two are inseparable when
they are together.
Anyway, just wanted to touchbase, here are some pictures of her since
the beginning of the year.
Hope all is well with you and your family,
Matt

By the way, the new puppies on the website are beautiful! We attached a
few pictures of Adam Blaze for you to see how he is growing. He is very
smart! He already can sit, stay/wait, come, shake, lay down, roll over,
fetch, and knows when to stop doing something. I've never met another
dog that picked up on everything so quickly and is so well behaved.
Also, he runs right by our side during walks. It'll be perfect once his
endurance and the weather is good for longer runs.
Thanks for everything,

Good Morning,
Just wanted to let you know that Vicky is getting spayed today and doing
well. She is such a beautiful husky. Thanks so much! We are looking
forward to the winter months and having fun with her. She still weighs
around 44 pounds and is right on track according to the vet. She has had
all her shots and of course the flea and tick medication every month.
She is just well loved.
Thanks

Just wanted to tell you that maximus is doing very well. He is solid
and beautiful. Everyone thinks he is a charm, and he is. he is so
sweet and playful. He is still scared of the cats which I guess is a
good thing. Bernard and I are very happy and just wanted to say
hello. Hope all is well. I will send pictures soon. I am off this
week and plan to take him for his first visit to the beach.

Lorri & Laura,
See attached picture of Sadie. She is really growing and now weighs
18lbs. She is a real part of the family. House training is going well
and the invisible fence training is going great. She has free run within
the wireless fence of about 2 acres.
Our boys just love her. She must have alot of her mother in her because
she is very shy and quite. I've had so many people comment on how calm
she is for a puppy.
Anyways I wanted to check in and let you know how much we appreciate
having her in our family

Hi Lorri,
I hope all's well at Lauradale! Almost three years ago, we brought our
3 jet-lagged kids right after a
China trip directly to your place to pick up Banzai (brother) and
Ginkgo (sister).
They are doing really great. It turns out Banzai is very smart. I've
uploaded
a cute movie to youtube where you can see how he quickly extracts
cookies
from Kongs. Ginkgo cannot do this nearly as fast --- but she's the
affectionate one :-)

Hello Barron family!
I'm not sure if you remember me, but I purchased a beautiful girl from
your April 20th (2008) litter. Bianca has been my baby girl from day 1,
and nothing has changed. We go for several walks every day, and play as
much as possible! Going through the puppy stages of training have been
rough, but the worst is definately behind us. Bianca loves to pull me on
my scooter in our neighborhood, and gets excited whenever she sees me
get the racing harness and tugline. My family, friends, and roomates
love her just as much as I do, and we spoil her like a first child
should be spoiled! She is often complimented on how beautiful she is,
and many people say she is the happiest pup they have ever seen, because
shes always happy! I have many pictures of her that I would love to send
you, but sending 45 pictures may be a bit overboard, so I have attached
some of our best pictures. I'm overjoyed to have Bianca as my best
friend, and thank you so much for the opportunity to have her in my
life.
Sincerely,

Laura and Lorri,
Attached is a picture of Misha (red and white) and Naya (piebald)
enjoying one of their favorite spots in the house. They have certainly
been a handful but they are improving. He has been a little dream. He
was potty trained pretty much the first week and started letting us know
he needed to go by walking to the door. He barely ever has an accident
in his crate (and we think that the accidents may have started b/c he is
watching Naya). Naya is an anxious little girl and hates when we leave
for work. We have a dog walker come twice during the day but her issues
are not yet resolved. Both have begun training classes. She is a little
love bug. (Misha is an amazing love…all he wants to do is be held and
hugged). Both are amazing with command training and had sit in the first
week even without treats. We wish we could work from home because they
are absolutely wonderful when we are here (except for a few minor potty
training issues with Naya).
Will update you with more pictures.

Hello! I just wanted to send you some photos and give you a little
update on Vader. I cannot believe that he is almost a year old! Everyone
just loves him, he is the most amazing dog ever. I have never seen a dog
with such personality before, he so funny (he has been chasing his tail
now for about 20 minutes). He is super smart and learns new tricks all
the time. He rings the bell to go outside and if we aren't fast enough
he takes it off the doorknob and flings it in to the living room. He
also likes watching Eight Below and the Iditarod. He sits and watches
the entire thing. I have included a photo of him watching Eight Below,
one of him ringing the bell to go out, and one of him outside. Well, I
must go play with him now before he gets too dizzy from chasing his
tail!

Hello there
Just wanted to check in and tell you Ben is doing great.
Potty training is going better than expected. He's had a couple small
accidents but that bad stuff he always does outside. He goes to the door
when he has to do his business. It appears he loves his new home. He's
taken charge of the cats... they've accepted him and play with him.
The boys are loving having him around. My dog sitter is great and loves
him to pieces. She comes over twice on Mondays and Tuesdays... once on
Wednesdays and Thursdays. I work from home now on Fridays.
Anyway, the first picture is when we went to PetsMart. The second is all
of the boys taking a nap. The third is him getting ready to chew on my
toes.
Thanks for such a great dog. Ben is so damn smart!

Hello there! I just wanted to write and thank you so very
much for Frosty! She's doing well and everyone stops to ask about her or
pet her because she's so beautiful. I have to tell you what happened on
her first day. She was in the back yard (which is fenced in) and I
didn't see her for a while so I went out to check on her. The fence is a
bit old with rickety wooden slats. One of them was apparently loose and
she squeezed through a 6 inch spot and got out! I was frantic. I ran out
front and she was about three houses down. I called her and clapped my
hands and she came running right back to me!!! It was amazing since I
know never ever to let her run freely. I guess it was just meant to be!
Needless to say the loose slat...along with a few others...has been
fixed so all is tightly secure!
Again I do appreciate her and thank you for this fabulous doggie!!!

Hi
Please forgive me for taking so long to get you some pictures of our
puppy. We just love having her here with us. She is totally part of our
family now. She has been so great we had no trouble training her.
We had her fixed in Dec. and she has healed great. She weighs about
25lbs. now. The kids just adore her and she is my baby. I take her every
where I can. :)
Well, she has grown, since you last seen her, here our some pics from
the past months and yes we truly have a snow dog. This past weekend when
it snowed we hooked her up to the sleds and she pulled the kids. It was
the funniest thing ever. She was not quite big enough to pull them up
the hill but she could pull them down. Both her and the kids had a great
time. She really is a blessing we just love her.
Enjoy the pics and sorry its been so long. Thanks!!
